Not abandoning the south: Nvidia will expand its research and development center in the high-tech park in Be’er Sheva by the end of the first half of 2026. As part of the transition, the company will recruit hundreds of employees, including chip developers and software and hardware engineers. The company is scheduled to move into the fifth building being constructed by Gev-Yam in the park

    The operating performance of the income-producing real estate company accelerated in the second quarter, thanks to occupancy of projects under development – a trend that continued in the third quarter and was also accompanied by an improvement in existing assets. Quarterly operating income reached NIS 194 million. The stock has jumped 46% since the beginning of the year

    The transaction, considered to be Israel’s largest to date, began taking shape about six months ago, and has now been finalized; Google will lease 60,000 sqm in Gav-Yam and Amot’s ToHa2 tower, located near the Hashalom train station in Tel Aviv. Their shares in the last decade yielded average returns of 350% compared to 56% generated on the TA-125 index. 75% of the companies that maintained consistency recorded triple-digit returns.
