Groundbreaking design

ToHa tower is located in the center of the bustling Gush Dan metropolis, at the intersection of Yigal Alon Street, Hashalom Road and Totseret Haaretz Street. It is one of Gav-Yam’s most impressive projects, constructed in cooperation with Amot. The tower, which has already turned into an architectural icon of Tel Aviv, sets a new standard of innovation, sustainability and a modern work environment.

ToHa was designed by two leading architecture firms, Ron Arad and Avner Yashar, with an eye toward combining innovative architecture with a pleasant, green and community-friendly work environment. The tower rises to a height of 27 floors, and in the future it will be joined by an additional tower of over 60 floors, which together will form a groundbreaking business complex.

Ecological design and advanced user experience

ToHa was built with a commitment to the world’s highest green building standards – LEED Platinum. A smart shading system, night ventilation, use of advanced energy and savings of up to 30% in electricity and water consumption – all these guarantee a high-quality, economical and healthy work environment.

From the project

Smart urban accessibility

The tower is located near a train station, and in the future will connect to two metro lines and the “Fast Lane to the City” project. Moreover, from an environmental perspective, we allocated hundreds of parking spaces for bicycles, alongside underground parking for vehicles.

Gav-Yam: Leading the future

ToHa tower is much more than just a building – it is a new concept of a work environment that combines exceptional architecture, advanced user experience and green thinking.
We at Gav-Yam are proud to lead the future of income-generating properties in Israel and create inspirational workspaces for you.
