Gav-Yam Lod is a logistics and office park with extraordinary cooperation between Gav-Yam and Maman Group (company’s share 50%). The park is located at the entrance to Lod’s industrial zone and is mostly leased out to LogistiCare of Maman Group. The office buildings are leased to the Lahav 433 Unit of the Israel Police.
The park benefits from being near major transport arteries, including Highway 1, Highway 40 and Ben Gurion International Airport – which is a major advantage, in particular for logistics companies.
