Gav-Yam Holon is an industrial and business park encompassing some 100 dunams on Hamelacha St. – the main traffic artery of Holon’s industrial zone. The park includes a series of buildings for industry and light manufacturing, alongside Class A office buildings adhering to the advanced standard that characterizes all of Gav-Yam’s projects.
Gav-Yam is continuing to expand and improve Holon Industrial and Business Park, with the planned addition of thousands of sqm for industry, light manufacturing, offices and retail.
Holon industrial zone is characterized by superior accessibility, being in close proximity to both Highway 44 and Highway 4. Gav-Yam Holon Park is located adjacent to a central bus station and near the train station, with a variety of business services located within the park and its surroundings.
