Managing an office and providing service to the park manager, the maintenance manager, the staff and the residents of the park, performing budgetary control over the park's expenses against the budget, receiving invoices from suppliers and entering them into the system, providing service and partner response to the companies residing in the park, placing purchase orders from suppliers and managing a subscription parking lot and providing service for them.
