Introduction

Gav-Yam Land Ltd. strives and works to promote accessibility for all its customers and visitors to its sites, including making the website accessible to people with sensory, cognitive and technological disabilities. Therefore, Gav-Yam operates in accordance with Israeli accessibility laws, in particular the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the regulations enacted under it.

An accessible website is a website that will allow any person with any type of disability to browse it with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as all other users and will help create equal opportunities in the online space for people with Various disabilities and people who use assistive technology to use a computer.

The group attaches great importance to adapting its website as stated above in order to allow the entire population an equal and accessible opportunity for service and information and has invested a lot of effort in making the website accessible in order to allow people with disabilities to browse comfortably.

Customer Service Accessibility The Group

Employee Training

The Group’s management sees great importance in making the assets and services accessible to its customers, and to this end, the Group’s managers and employees undergo training on service accessibility and accessibility in general, in which the employees received tools for providing accessible service. The purpose of this training is to create awareness among the Group’s employees and managers of the principle of accessibility and to provide them with practical tools for providing accessible service.

Call Center Accessibility

The existing telephone call router at the Group’s headquarters has been made accessible for customers with disabilities and is without background music, at a slow pace and in clear language. In addition, as stated above, the group’s employees and managers have undergone and are undergoing training in order to provide accessible service.
